Do You Meal Prep?

Eating healthy and clean can be a bit of a struggle. You have probably heard this before but believe it. Prep to prevent failure. Take 10-15 minutes to cook a bunch of veggies & meat for the week.

I buy these containers on Amazon. They are a great size and can be thrown into the dishwasher.

At the store I will grab a frozen bag of chopped chicken, rotisserie chicken or any other meat I am in the mood for. I will also get bags of the broccoli florets, zucchini, squash etc. I will sautee all the veggies and cook the meat. Then portion out into the individual containers and they are ready to go!!
