Hi! I am Melanie, wife to Jason and mommy to Kaitlyn & Taylor. I have struggled with weight for most of my life and have never been "skinny". I was diagnosed with PCOS after my second baby. Since that point, I have been on a journey to a healthier me and decided to start this blog to encourage others on their journey.
